The terms that apply to entries in our online giveaways.
This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Asetica Clinic, Jejuve Clinic, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
This giveaway is sponsored by Asetica Clinic, located at 1 Garvey Studios, Longstone St, Lisburn, BT28 1TP, Northern Ireland, and Jejuve Clinic, its sister company.
By participating in this giveaway, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, entrants agree to accept the decisions of Asetica Clinic as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
Entries will be accepted online starting on April 21st 2024 at 8:00am and ending April 22nd at 8:00pm. All online entries must be received by April 22nd at 8:00pm.
The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided via the QR code. The entry must fulfil all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Asetica Clinic. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested.
The Winner(s) of the giveaway (the "Winner") will receive either a consultation or a treatment at Asetica Clinic or Jejuve Clinic. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Asetica Clinic. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Asetica Clinic's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Asetica Clinic. The Winner will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days following selection of the Winner. Asetica Clinic shall have no liability for the Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Participants agree that Asetica Clinic and its sister company, Jejuve Clinic, may collect, store, and use the personal data provided (including name, address, email, and phone number) for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for future marketing efforts via email and other channels.
Asetica Clinic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Asetica Clinic's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Asetica Clinic and Jejuve Clinic and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF IRELAND, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ireland having jurisdiction.

You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the giveaway and not to other platforms where this giveaway may be advertised.
